How Dabdock Makes Their Ultra High Quality Dab Organizers, Dab Stations, Carb Cap and Dabber Stands

Dabdock is redefining the expectation of quality when it comes to 3D printed dab tool organizers and accessories. The first mention of a dab station, or dab tool organizer dates back to 2019 when they first hit the market, being sold by various small vendors on Etsy.
If you're a concentrate connoisseur, you just might have a sizeable collection of glass, such as carb caps, bangers, terp pearls/pillars/marbles, possibly dab tools and more. You might even have a massive collection of glass, especially if you're a fan of glassblowing, heady glass, or simply supporting your favorite glass artists.
We all know the fragility of things like quartz bangers, and carb caps. They're awkwardly shaped, tend to roll around and overall just delicate, fragile, and easy to break.
Dabdock products are designed to help PROTECT, DISPLAY, AND ORGANIZE all of your dab essentials. We offer a range of products to help you protect your investments, organize your dab station and keep your essentials within arms reach. Your heady glass, boro carb caps, etched bangers, and 1 of 1 collector pieces deserve an equally appealing, aesthetic all in one display stand.
So what makes Dabdock different than the other vendors out there? The most obvious difference is the fact that most of our competitors are selling blatantly 3D printed products, with little to no effort to take it a step further like we do. Our competitors are known to use "PLA", which is inferior compared to the ASA polymer that we use at Dabdock.
PLA is an inferior material because it is easily breakable, cracks along the seems and can be pulled apart with your bare hands if poorly made. Not only that, PLA can easily warp/melt when left in direct sunlight on a hot day. There is also a high chance that our competitors are cutting corners by using less material in an effort to make their products cheaper to manufacture, meaning their products can easily bend and break.
ASA polymer is much more challenging of a material (and expensive $$$) to create products with, but that doesn't slow down Dabdock. We've spent years researching and developing the method that we use to manufacture Dabdock products and finally feel comfortable saying that we've "perfected" the process to a point that others would struggle to re-create.
We use a proprietary method of treating our products with heated acetone vapors (DANGEROUS) that melts the outer layer of our products, resulting in a ultra high quality mirror smooth finish. ASA polymer is UV resistant, and is much more suitable for high temperature applications (like the temperatures your carb caps and dabbers reach during usage).
After the acetone vapor smoothing process, all products require 24 hours to completely cure, assuring no finger prints or deformation, as the products are slightly "wet" from the acetone for several hours after being exposed to acetone vapors.
Finally, we finish our products with various silicone protectors, such as silicone slide holders/protectors, and silicone carb cap holders/stands. We hand-pour, dye, mix and pour all of our silicone components, we don't use any pre-fabricated silicone like our competitors. You might notice if you look around most of our competition are trying to get away with using those cheap silicone slicks in place of proper sized, deep carb cap holders, and some don't even include the silicone parts... definitely avoid those, it's simply a must.
